# Roadmap

### 8.1 Phase One: 0 → 1 (Foundational Validation Stage)

The core objective of this phase is to complete product usability validation, establish real liquidity in event markets, and verify the behavioral patterns of early users’ judgment. During this period, Senate will begin with a limited number of high-attention events, using real-result-driven event markets as the entry point to ensure the core platform mechanisms operate without distortion.

In the early stage, the platform will establish foundational event categories such as sports, crypto, and entertainment, while ensuring that SpartanLink’s data fetching and settlement system operates stably. By introducing seed user groups, the platform will observe key indicators such as user participation depth, decision-making patterns, and position formation behavior within future information trading. This phase will focus on validating whether event prices can form, whether users are willing to bear the cost of judgment, and whether real settlement can earn user trust.

### 8.2 Phase Two: 1 → 10 (Scale Expansion Stage)

Once early validation is completed, Senate will enter a period of rapid expansion, with three parallel goals: growth in event volume, user scale, and data structure. During this phase, the platform will evolve from isolated event markets into a multi-category, multi-region, multi-vertical **future information network**.

At the event level, the platform will open more categories such as policy, business movements, and social trends, allowing events to become broader information entry points. At the user level, global multilingual versions, regional growth strategies, and hot-event-driven propagation effects will help expand users from single-country participation into multi-country participation. At the data level, the platform will begin to accumulate future price curves across different domains, gradually forming an initial probability system.

### 8.3 Phase Three: 10 → 100 (Ecosystem Formation Stage)

Once event volume, user scale, and data accumulation reach a certain threshold, Senate will enter the ecosystem formation stage. The key mission of this phase is to establish a **future information layer** that can be broadcast, called, and connected, allowing Senate to evolve from a platform into public infrastructure that external systems can access.

At this stage, Senate will open standardized data interfaces so that future probabilities can be used by media, research institutions, quantitative teams, and AI models. Institutional-level participants will also be introduced to support high-specialization event categories such as policy forecasting, macro trends, and industry intelligence. In parallel, SpartanLink’s architecture will begin supporting more chains, more data sources, and more external protocols.

### 8.4 Phase Four: Global Future Networkization (GlobalNetworkExpansion)

Once Senate events, users, prices, data, and ecosystem reach global scale, the platform will complete its transformation from a “product” into a “network.” The core of this stage is to build a cross-cultural, cross-regional, cross-system **global future expectation network**, allowing people in different parts of the world to express future judgment together through market mechanisms.

During this stage, Senate will promote synchronized trading around major global events, allowing future price structures to become part of global consensus itself. As SpartanLink expands internationally, the platform will support more national data sources, more event types, more language versions, and more regional regulatory and compliance adaptations. Ultimately, the platform will form a future data grid spanning the world.

### 8.5 Phase Five: Full Ecosystem Layer (FullEcosystemLayer)

Senate will evolve from a future information exchange into a complete future information ecosystem. At this stage, Senate future data will connect deeply with global industry systems, including AI systems, media systems, financial models, research institutions, and consulting structures.

Future probability will become a kind of **universal variable**, much like today’s interest rates, indices, inflation, and volatility. It will become a foundational variable across industries. At this stage, Senate will also open more ecosystem cooperation programs, allowing third-party institutions to create specialized events, publish specialized probability indicators, and build specialized analytical models.
